About the Space

This stunning roof top lounge features spectacular unobstructed views of Silver Spring and Washington DC. Perfect to fit a gathering of up to 25 people, this space features a gas BBQ grilling station, 3 patio tables with 4 chairs each, comfortable lounge chairs and planter box seating. This space is ideal for a casual party or meeting where you want stunning views and BBQ to be the feature. Security is required for all events, bartender required if hard alcohol is present. THERE IS NO FURNITURE MOVEMENT ALLOWED! Additional tables and chairs can be brought in to suit. There is a large indoor lounge located just inside of this space which includes a kitchen. The entire indoor lounge and or kitchen space can be added in for an additional fee.

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

It’s was ok, just was a little confused a lot of people in the space. Wasn’t sure how that works. My photographer didn’t show up so there was no need to ask anyone if we could have that space. There is also a big building in the middle..being build. Hope the photographer could work around it

Awesome, breathtaking panoramic view from a rooftop providing comfortable, chic seating and a manicured landscape. Eduardo was a saint; extremely accommodating. He responded to my messages within a couple of hours. He immediately placed this Atlanta resident at ease during the initial stages of venue confirmation. My daughter and her guests had a wonderful time celebrating her graduation from college. Thank you to the 1155 Ripley staff that helped the event planners, caterers and bartender deliver their foor, drink and decorations to the rooftop.
