About the Space

Our design showroom/studio is the perfect setting for photo shoots, parties, or creative gatherings. The 800 sq ft gallery-like space is filled with bright natural sunlight, chic and cozy furniture, modern art, an abundance of cacti and plants, and sleek black minimalist light fixtures against crisp white walls. The layout of the space includes different areas of use, such as a living room area, large midcentury teak expandable dining table that seats 6-10+, lounge and bar area. The location is easy to get to, with plenty of parking in the Outer Sunset neighborhood, close to bars and coffee shops, and a short 5 blocks away from the ocean.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:
  • Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
  • Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
  • Space has HEPA-certified air filters

Amazing space, convenient and accessible. Leah is a great host, easy to communicate and work with. Her space has a number of well-curated backgrounds that display a range of moods and settings. Lighting and sound is excellent, parking right out front, couldn’t recommend her more. Thank you Leah!

Yes, I would book again.

Leah's space was amazing and perfect for our production needs. Leah was super helpful and allowed our team to move around anything and everything in the space. It really was an "open studio". It was also pretty cool that everything in the space was also for sale—it's kind of a consignment shop for local artists—and we plan going back sometime later this month. All in all, it was a really positive experience. Thank you, Leah!

Yes, I would book again.

We had the absolute best experience renting Leah's space. It is absolutely beautiful with unique pieces everywhere, on an awesome block and part of the Outer Sunset. All of our guests loved the space and neighborhood too. Leah was SO helpful, easy to work with and accommodating. Could not have had a better experience all around and highly recommend renting her space for an event, photo shoot or whatever you are in need of it for.
