About the Space
Our design showroom/studio is the perfect setting for photoshoots, with a large south facing front window and bright white walls and floors. The 800 sq ft gallery-like space is filled with chic and cozy furniture, modern art, an abundance of cacti and plants, and sleek black minimalist light fixtures. The layout of the space includes different areas of use, such as a living room area, desk, and bar area. The vignettes are constantly shifting, as furniture and art rotates through the space. The location is easy to get to, with plenty of parking in the Outer Sunset neighborhood, and a short 5 blocks away from the ocean. It is an ideal home base for shoots around the city and at the beach.

We have the entire space professionally cleaned and disinfected between bookings. Bookings are spaced at least 48 hours apart.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
