Tudor style 5,190 sq/ft home on .61 lush acres with a gated and beautiful long flat cobblestone driveway flanked by tall trees and greenery. It is located in Chatsworth, CA near Stoney Point and can be easily accessed from the 118 freeway. This home offers various spaces and looks and is particularly great for outdoor productions and photoshoots. The various outdoor spaces include lush landscaping, large grass and greenery areas, large front courtyard, rear courtyard, patio, pool and jacuzzi allowing for tons of outdoor amenities. The fully netted sports court can be set up for baseball practice, basketball, volley ball and tennis, making this a unique and flexible space. It also features a clean and finished 3 car attached garage that can be used as work space and catering set up. There's a detached retreat "zen" area with indoor and outdoor seating at the back end of the property. The inside of the lower level of the house has dark hardwood flooring with white walls. On the lower level alone there is a large formal living room with a fireplace and high ceilings, a long partly open dining room that can be seen from the second floor, an office, a large spare bedroom, a large comfortable kitchen with an island partly open to the family room, 3 restrooms, laundry room and french doors opening to the pool area. The furniture seen in the photos is currently available for use but can be moved out if an empty space is needed. With over 5,000 square feet on .61 acres, this lovely home offers flexibility and a wide range of options. Discounts available for non-profits. Outside only and partial space use is available at a discounted rate.

This house is the ideal rental for any indie feature, offering excellent logistics, production value, affordability, and, above all, gracious hosts. With a cast and crew of 40, we comfortably settled in. The spacious driveway accommodated three cube trucks, a passenger van, and a picture car, leaving ample room for equipment. The quiet neighborhood, permitted through Film LA, provided ample street space for two trailers without disturbing neighbors, thanks to the cul-de-sac that ensured no traffic. The house itself is remarkably spacious and boasts a rare versatility for LA, easily transforming into Anywhere, America. The tennis court served as our catering spot, and a backyard hut was perfect for extras holding. The overall price is a bargain considering its value for both on and off-camera needs. However, the standout feature is the hosts, Emily and her mom, who entrusted their home to my production. They were incredibly accommodating, understanding our shifting priorities and diverse production needs. Without their support, achieving our multi-day schedule on time and within budget would have been challenging.

This location was amazing and the family was extremely accommodating. We were able to pull off multiple looks with the vast interior and exterior options. Plus - the driveway is massive and there are several production friendly areas. Would definitely shoot here again.
