The Blue House with the Green Door is my home (yep, I live here) and I'm looking forward to hosting your production here! LOCATION Centrally located where Hollywood meets West Hollywood near the Fairfax District just off Melrose but isolated from the noise. POOL HOUSE The pool house in the back features 13.5ft vaulted ceilings and blonde wood vinyl plank flooring. There is countertop space along with a fridge/freezer and microwave. The large white walls are great for a photo shoot. There is an 85" TV in the Pool House on a moveable cart. You can create an indoor setting for your shoot or it's also a great spot to house gear, hair & makeup, wardrobe, video village, or production HQ. 2 BACKYARD BATHROOMS / CHANGING ROOM There are 2 bathrooms in the backyard. One bathroom can be designated for talent only -- it is a spacious bathroom that includes a full size mirror and wall hooks and sitting stools for wardrobe changes. The other bathroom can be assigned for crew to use. BAR AREA Includes 3 ice coolers and lots of counter space. PROPANE GRILL & FOOD PREP/SERVING AREA Whether you want to use the grill on site or have catering use their own equipment, there is a corner of the backyard perfect for preparing and serving food. There is a $50 ADD-ON for a Propane Tank for the Grill. FIRE PIT Create a cozy ambiance for your shoot. Use of the fire pit is a $50 ADD-ON. SOUND SYSTEM Whether you want ambiance music between takes, or vibe music for your photo shoot, or music for your music video there is a complete sound system built into the backyard with 12 speakers speakers spread throughout for even distribution. All music must go through the on-site sound system. No additional speakers are allowed. SALT WATER POOL & HOT TUB At 32’ long and 14' wide and 5' deep, the pool is a beautiful addition to your shoot. It features a 7'x7' baja shelf and attached hot tub with waterfall spill over. *** Heating the pool or hot tub is an ADD-ON. COLORED LED LIGHTING The entire backyard is lit with colored LED lights that you can request to be a specific color. Swimming pool has 5 color options. MAIN HOME INTERIOR Inside the home, there is a living room, dining room, kitchen, guest room, and bathroom included in your rental (master bedroom needs prior approval). The indoor bathroom is for filming only. TONS OF NATURAL LIGHT The house is filled with natural light from skylights spread throughout the home. 2 BATHROOMS IN THE MAIN HOME The home interior bathrooms are for filming purposes only. One bathroom features a walk-in shower. The other bathroom features a bathtub/shower combo. The backyard bathroom are to be used by talent and crew. PARKING The square driveway out front can accommodate 4 vehicles or 2 cube trucks. Lots of free parking on the surrounding blocks. Metered parking on Melrose (free after 8pm). A parking lot is conveniently located directly across the street that offers $10 parking and the ability for your crew to rent out. WIFI High Speed Wifi internet is available throughout the property.
