About 1700SF space with three large 8x10 windows facing north-west. Ideal for group shots, airy portraits, e-commerce, lifestyle and more. Gorgeous golden hour light gets in at the second part of the day! Our event rates START from $113/hr and depend on the amount of people, timing and if alcohol is involved. An event insurance and deposit will be required for all event bookings. Please contact us with the details of your event for an estimate! Included with the Stage rental -One licensed security guard at the door. -Host representative at all times during your event. Catering/refreshments are welcomed! I am happy to show the stage when it is available.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
