Gorgeous golden hour light gets in at the second part of the day! Our event rates START from $113/hr and depend on the amount of people, timing and if alcohol is involved. An event insurance and deposit will be required for all event bookings. Please contact us with the details of your event for an estimate! Included with the Stage rental -One licensed security guard at the door. -Host representative at all times during your event. Catering/refreshments are welcomed! I am happy to show the stage when it is available.
- Your rental time includes setting up, breaking down and clean up, so please factor it in your booking hours. - Any fractions of an hour are billed as a whole hour. - Pets are welcome with the pet waiver signed. - Stage is not soundproof. - Usage of any hard-to-clean materials (such as holi powder, confetti, glitter, any kind of paint, oil, fake blood, ashes etc) are to be approved in advance with a refundable deposit. - Smoking and drugs are not allowed. -Alcohol policy: No permit required if alcohol is served complimentary. Provide a valid permit if you are planning on selling alcohol. In both cases, we recommend having more security guards on the floor for your own safety (one guard per every 25 persons). Please inquire for rates. -Any damages intended or accidental to the premises are to be covered by the Renter in full by the end of the booking unless arranged. $1000 refundable deposit is required.
I had a great experience shooting here. All of the equipment I requested was ready and waiting in the studio, staff was very friendly and thoughtful and the space was beautiful. I plan to come back!
