About the Space
This riding academy is a family-owned equestrian center that opened in 1972. It's located in a wildlife preserve with over 400 acres of trails and 3 miles of beachfront riding property. The facility includes an outdoor area and an indoor lounge with a view to the indoor riding area. Great spot for any horse or ranch-like or nature sort of production + Retro cool snack bar/diner. NOTES: Additional rate TBD if needing to book a horse. Only stables driver/truck can drive to the beachfront trails. Let us know if you'd like to scout. Security deposit: $2000/day

Health and Safety Measures
The house is cleaned on arrival. List of health and safety terms are provided to owners and crew to follow. Crew supplies masks, cleaning supplies, comes tested, temperatures on location. Crew keeps distancing.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
