Our beautiful lounge is perfect for any social gathering, celebration or meeting (retreat). Flexible seating allows for casual mingling and dining. A pool table will surely entertain the crowd! Food and catering are allowed, but food trucks and carts are not permitted. Alcohol is allowed (beer, seltzers, wine, champagne), however, if you wish to have liquor (vodka, tequila, whiskey, etc) it must be served by a licensed bartender. We do not allow live music or DJs, but you’re welcome to bring a small portable speaker! We do not permit glitter, confetti or any damaging adhesives (nails, screws, hooks/strips, etc). Scotch tape and Painter’s tape are fine. Furniture is not allowed to be moved and is subject to change and/or removal at any time. This space is located in a residential community, so please be mindful of noise. While we do our best to communicate with residents that the space is reserved for a private event, residents may be unaware and infrequently enter. We recommend posting signage upon your arrival to indicate use of the facility. All hosts are required to sign our license agreement prior to the event. We give a 30-minute grace period before and after the reservation for set up and clean up. Any other time will be added to the booking! Note: the “before” grace period is not applicable if the reservation is at the start of the space’s operating hours. Depending on your event, you or a guest may need to help others check in at the entrance of the building and direct them to the space (e.g. elevator attendant). Please be respectful of the facility and return it to its initial condition at the end of your reservation. Trash must be taken out of the space and properly discarded. We encourage you to bring extra trash bags! We do our very best to accommodate bookings with less than 24-hour notice, however, some amenities or the space itself may be unavailable. We are a pet-free and smoke-free facility. We do not tolerate smoking of any kind on the premises. Violators of this rule will be assessed a $250 fine. We follow Peerspace's overtime and cancellation policies. We look forward to hosting you!

No, I would not book again.

Beautiful place. Very clean and spacious. Only issues were the parking and temperature in the room during the event. If you are considering renting this space please pay for parking for your guest.. it will save you a lot of headache as the street parking is limited.

The host Lauren was a big help with reserving this space the place is beautiful, spacious and doesn’t need a lot of decor for events which is great I would recommend this space to anyone that’s having a party or dinner parking is limited but they do provide it if needed.

Wonderful experience! The space was beautiful and just as advertised. Lauren was easy to work with and answered all my questions quickly. We wished the ice machine worked, but we were able to quickly instacart a bag of ice and all was well! Great rental!

I rented a place for my 40th birthday party and I would say place is amazing. Very spaces and definitely was comfortable for everyone. It was easy communication with the host (Lauren). Guys at the front desk of the building were very helpful and understanding for any of our needs. There was parking garage inside of the building so no needed to park the car on the street (there was parking fee but def worth not thinking where to park). I would definitely rent this place again and recommend to everyone.

I'm was so pleased that this facility was recommended to me from a friend, also and employee working with the cooperation Ms. Doreen Godbolt, she offered me the information to communicate with Ms. Lauren and speaking with Ms. Lauren it was an absolute pleasure, she was very professional and informative, helpful and with no incidental’s all guidelines and protocols were followed. She continued to communicate with me right up until the day of the event. I have since referred about ten people to your arena who also loves the facility .And yes I plan to plan another event with Ms. Lauren in April thanks so much. The night staff and security was on point It was such an humbling and unforgettable 60 th Birthday Celebration.
