About the Space
Host a meeting in our professional environment surrounded by beautiful views. Impress your guests with views of the Ocean & Queen Mary! We are centered in Downtown Long Beach and offer many amenities such as, unlimited coffee, water and tea for you and your guest. We have many lunch options that are walking distance or you can order in, something our professional staff can take care of as a courtesy. There is approximately 200sf of workable space. The conference room is equipped with fast WiFi and the conference room has a beautiful glass whiteboard! Their is a big screen TV for you to connect for presentations of any kind. Meeting Support: - High speed wifi - 6' x 4' glass dry erase board (and markers) - Printer/Scanner/Copier services available -TV w/ HDMI hookups - Coffee/Tea/Water all included for you - Full staff available for any of your needs

- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Hosted a quarterly district meeting and this was the perfect space for a group of 12. HDMI cable was included and it was a seamless setup for a powerpoint presentation. Charging docks in the middle of the table are beyond convenient. There are window blinds that offer privacy from the rest of the common areas. It was an overcast day luckily for us, but upon checking in, we were warned that it might get hot if the sun broke through. Definitely started to feel a bit stuffy around 1pm. They also offer water and coffee!
