+While this is a location, this is also our full-time home, so please be respectful of the space. +Shooting in the front and side yard is prohibited. +All gates must remain closed during shoot. +Entry to the property for crew is in the rear of the property by the garage. Please do not enter through the front door. +Details about project must be disclosed prior to booking approval, including: -Description of project -Number of people who will be on premises -Call and wrap time -Number of vehicles + Home must be left in the condition it was entered in - Guests are responsible for clean up, removing trash, and any damages to space or furniture. - Ram Board is provided by the owner and must be used inside on the hardwood floor. - Furniture can be moved but must be place in the EXACT spot it was in. Taking photos of items before they are moved is mandatory. - Trash must be taken off premises. + Proof of insurance required +Rates are based upon hours on premises, including set-up and clean up time. +Please do not park in the driveway unless it is for loading and unloading only. +Do not attempt to enter the back guesthouse or occupy the steps or pathway of the guesthouse at any time. +The Automatic Garage Door is not to be opened.
