We have abundant natural light in the space from large south and west-facing windows and an even larger, west-facing storefront window which looks over our deck area. The storefront window has thick, blackout curtains and the two other windows have rolling, blackout blinds. The sun begins to become more direct through the west-facing windows beginning around 2:30pm until the sun moves to sunset.

There are no neighbors on either side of the space. To the west is our parking lot and to the east a disused garage. There are no units above the space. Our street is not busy and guests can control the HVAC themselves while here as while unplugging the refrigerator if necessary.

Stairs

The space is just above street level so there are five stairs to go up when entering through the front door and three if you come in through the side door to the parking lot. We have two spots available for guests in the parking lot right outside our side door.

The office and lower level are off-limits without special arrangement.

The main area of the space has fifteen outlets throughout. The circuit breaker is on the lower level of the space.

Office Area and Lower Level are not included in rental OVERTIME Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. CLEANING / DAMAGES Cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours. Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace. FURNITURE Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs. MISCELLANEOUS There is no smoking allowed in the space. No glitter or confetti can be used. Please refer to Peerspace’s Terms and Conditions for all other rules.

There are no wall decorations and some furniture can be moved out of the rental portion of the space and into the office.
