Hi! This warehouse section is 2800 sq ft, open span, and just 7 mins from downtown LA. It is perfect for music/dance videos, photo shoots, base camp & set/prop builds. This is not a sound stage however film/interviews etc have been filmed here - feel free to ask about the quietest days/times. Located on a private fenced corner lot, it includes on-site parking, a drive up ramp and large access doors for easy unloading/loading. STAGE / SHOOT AREA - 2400 sq' (60 x 40) - an amazing and unique wooden 'pallet wall' - an 'electric panel wall' - 2 corrugated metal walls - northeast facing windows (can be blacked out) - lowest point of ceiling 15' / highest point (along center) 20' *power: 60 amps total 3 circuits (20 amps each) Access to main source if guest brings a distro box (240) Guests are welcome to bring in a generator. *Guests can wet the floor (mop/bucket & water source provided) as shown in some of the pictures - please inquire when booking so it can be ready and instructions/rules/safety precautions can be discussed. *Guests can drive a shoot vehicle into building - please inquire to host upon booking so arrangements can be made. BREAK ROOM/GREENROOM/CRAFT ROOM - a large separate fully furnished lounge with multiple seating areas. MAKE-UP/HAIR/WARDROBE ROOM - a separate make up/hair/wardrobe area with tables/chairs, mirrors, clothing rack and private change area. RESTROOM There is one restroom. LAST BUT NOT LEAST - (a laid back and friendly) on-site manager PLEASE NOTE: Rates are dependent upon number of people on-site: up to 30 people / $100 hr - please inquire for rates if attendees total more than 30. Major equipment that will draw a lot of power may include an additional fee. *All rates above $100/hr due to more than 30 people on site, set & prop builds & major equipment etc can be arranged through peerspace's online 'custom booking' form - inquire to host. Please Read Before Sending A Booking Request: 1. HARD TIME IN/OUT - Rental fee includes setup and breakdown time. All guests and equipment are to exit at the agreed upon end time. Exiting after end time WILL result in overtime charges. *Overtime rates are time and a half prorated on the 1/2 hr. *last minute overtime is not always possible - please give as much notice as possible if you feel you need more time. 2. ACCESS Gate will be opened at agreed start time (not before) - early arrivals are to make sure that they are not blocking the gate to the warehouse or the exit/entry to the next door lot (purple) or the sidewalks. There is free street parking for those waiting for start time. DO NOT PARK IN THE PURPLE PARKING LOTS OR THE LANE WAY (located across the street beside the small red/orange restaurant). 3. ALSO -No chalk bombs, sparkles, soil/sand, baby oil etc - check with host if unsure - No pets (inquire to host about picture animals, insects etc). - No more people on site than agreed upon in booking request. *(extra people may result in extra charges) - There is no cleaning fee - guests are expected to clean up after themselves and are responsible for leaving the space as they found it. Trash and recycle receptacles are on site. *Extra cleaning charges will be applied if guests do not leave the location in the same condition it was upon arrival. - Must give notice upon booking if there will be animals, weapons, special effects or stunts. *failure to do so may result in extra charges or cancellation of shoot. - Smoking in permitted areas only (located outside building) please use ashtrays provided *Must notify/discuss with host if: - a fogger/hazer/snow or rain machine is going to be used. - a shoot vehicle will be used in the warehouse or if floor wet down is wanted. :)

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
