About the Space

Wow, Studios is Miami's newest professional production facility. The complex offers an extra tall 28.33' cyclorama wall, makeup room with two makeup stations, changing room, private bathroom with shower, full kitchen, two sitting areas, and two work stations available for your guests. Please ask about our rental equipment packages as well. Please check availability before arrival. UPDATE: One of the parking garage walls had to be painted white because of water damage. I am referring to the artwork on the right wall seen on the parking lot picture. The artwork on the left is still there. Please ask questions about outside availability if interested in using the walls.

There is plenty of parking outside during the week and two tandem parking spaces that can fit four cars. Eight cars can park inside during the weekend.

Electrical system description

There are 16 outlets in the shooting area running under 5 different circuits. There are 8 more circuits in the dressing room running on 2 different circuits. Plenty more upstairs. Please see Electrical floor plan.

General Rules

TIME Time starts from the moment the first person walks in and right until the last person leaves. A courtesy 15-minute allowance for cleaning is allowed. CYC PAINT There is a $65 Cyc wall paint fee. This is not a cleaning fee. OPTIONAL CLEANING FEE A cleaning fee will not be charged if the space is returned in a clean condition. A $180 cleaning fee could be charged if the space is not returned, similar to the way it was delivered. The cleaning fee is automatically charged if there are more than 15 people at any point. This includes entourage and security. Smoking is allowed on the terrace only, not inside. Smoking is an excellent example of why this cleaning fee may be applied. PETS If bringing pets is a must, a small refundable pet deposit is required.

Only for productions with over 15 people. The Peerspace insurance offered is good for under 15 people.

There are various types or surveillance cameras wherever legally possible. I don't believe they record audio

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

All hard surfaces and equipment are thoroughly cleaned with alcohol between guests.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
