There are 16 outlets in the shooting area running under 5 different circuits. There are 8 more circuits in the dressing room running on 2 different circuits. Plenty more upstairs. Please see Electrical floor plan.

TIME Time starts from the moment the first person walks in and right until the last person leaves. A courtesy 15-minute allowance for cleaning is allowed. CYC PAINT There is a $65 Cyc wall paint fee. This is not a cleaning fee. OPTIONAL CLEANING FEE A cleaning fee will not be charged if the space is returned in a clean condition. A $180 cleaning fee could be charged if the space is not returned, similar to the way it was delivered. The cleaning fee is automatically charged if there are more than 15 people at any point. This includes entourage and security. Smoking is allowed on the terrace only, not inside. Smoking is an excellent example of why this cleaning fee may be applied. PETS If bringing pets is a must, a small refundable pet deposit is required.
