About the Space
Newly remodeled home in Eagle Rock accessible from the 2, 5 and 134 freeways. This is a great space for events given the indoor/outdoor feel. 50 people can fit comfortably inside or outside, and has plenty room for filming. The house features a renovated kitchen with parlor doors, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Many people choose to use our fully decorated baby rooms for commercials and scenes featuring families.

- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Aaron was a great host for our video shoot! Extremely accommodating and super easy to work with. He was constantly available throughout the day for any questions we had and the home itself is beautiful! Will happily rent again, was a great experience!

Aaron was an amazing and professional host who had a great, positive vibe, a quick turn around time with all communication, and everything necessary to help book a major commercial shoot with a very short turnaround time. The house was better than the photos even show, with tons of beautiful, easy to work in space. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to do any kind of shoot here.
