Studio City Plant and Flower Shop with Lush Interior
About the Space
Our whimsical shop provides a lush interior oasis for your project needs. High ceilings give a little extra room for film + photo equipment setup, and the back office area can be used for staging/video village. Space comes with two parking spaces located at the rear of the shop. Features: - Hundreds of indoor plants - Contemporary pipe and wood plank shelving - Checkout/transaction counter There is a large floral refrigerator - coordinate with the owner for day of status: it can be emptied if you wish to unplug it for long periods of time, or it can be stocked (for an additional fee depending on which type of flowers) if you're wanting a specific look. Any additional/specific floral arrangement needs for the day of the shoot can be coordinated for an additional fee with the owner. The space is in an upbeat neighborhood surrounded by restaurants and conveniently located 1/2 mile from CBS Studios and 3.1 miles from Universal Studios. Included with rental: toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, microwave, and wifi. Inquire with Owner about discounted rate for use of the shop during hours when we're typically closed.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
