DESCRIPTION: Located in The Ford Building, a 100+ year-old warehouse in SE Portland, Tendue (our space) blends Parisian-inspired textures and tones with a historically industrial setting. The space is fully furnished and has a capacity of 20 guests for seated dining events or 30 for a cocktail party. The space has the capability to flex and offers the perfect setting for hosting small and mid-sized groups, workshops or most anything else. Photographers love the wall of north-facing windows that filter impeccable natural light throughout the entire day. The beautiful inventory of dinnerware and styling pieces help ensure dining is memorable and easy. There is a kitchenette onsite, including fridge and sink. Normal Capacity: 20 - seated dinner party | 30 - cocktail party (mix sitting + standing) 1 hour minimum Mondays - Thursdays, 4 hour minimum Fridays - Sundays Common uses of the space include: + Photo shoots + Workshops + Group meetings + Pop-up dinners + Bridal showers + Baby showers + Birthday parties + Wedding receptions Amenities: + furnished + kitchenette + tableware rental + a/v equipment + complimentary wifi + cleaning supplies provided + free street parking + pay to park lot onsite

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

My experience was great! First off, communication with the host was very quick and frequent. They answered all of my questions in a timely manner. They provided all the cleaning supplies which is one less thing to worry about. The space was beautiful and everyone that attended loved it and asked for the booking information.
