Located on the ground floor of a high rise, off the lobby, this space provides easy access for your East Village/Downtown meetings. The Space Features: 46 inch TV - plug in and display your presentations WiFi Seating for 10 Counter top area for buffet style food service or snacks. Glass enclosed wall - makes the space feel open while providing audible privacy The space is pet and smoking free. Alcohol may not be served/consumed in this space at anytime. Space is handicap accessible. Restrooms are located near the space. Please ask about parking if you do not wish to park on the street. Additional parking fees may be assessed for $15 per car. As health and cleanliness are more top-of-mind than ever, our efforts are focused on limiting the number of event rentals during a day to allow for thorough, professional cleaning and refreshing of the space. This is a great space to host small meeting if you are not looking for any bells or whistles. It is in a great location downtown, very clean, and modern space. However, it does lack a few things that tend to be standard offerings when booking a meeting space. One being access to water for guest and the second being technology that allows you to connect wirelessly to tv. I believe if they were to make a couple of very small investments that this space could really compete with some of the more professional venues. All in all it was a good experience, host was extremely accommodating and quick to answer any questions.

Great space for a small employee meeting. Space is off the main lobby and has glass walls so it's quiet and private. TV monitor connection did not work and the receptionist was unsure of the settings so perhaps if you are planning on heavily using the monitor, call ahead for instructions. Luckily we were only 8 people and ultimately ended up just viewing it on our laptop. This was a minor adjustment we had to make and did not take away from the overall sucess of our meeting.

Courtney was really responsive and the booking process was easy. Access to the room was also easy, and its proximity to the convention center is a big plus! We held a client meeting in the space but we were not able to connect to the monitor to display a presentation. Also, please be aware that the glass wall of this room opens to a lobby / corridor so not a great place to show anything confidential on the monitor.
