This modern professional conference room is perfect for any meeting. Comfortably seating 10, this space is sure to impress your clients or employees. Located on the ground floor of a high rise, off the lobby, this space provides easy access for your East Village/Downtown meetings. The Space Features: 46 inch TV - plug in and display your presentations WiFi Seating for 10 Counter top area for buffet style food service or snacks. Glass enclosed wall - makes the space feel open while providing audible privacy The space is pet and smoking free. Alcohol may not be served/consumed in this space at anytime. Space is handicap accessible. Restrooms are located near the space. Please ask about parking if you do not wish to park on the street. Additional parking fees may be assessed for $15 per car. As health and cleanliness are more top-of-mind than ever, our efforts are focused on limiting the number of event rentals during a day to allow for thorough, professional cleaning and refreshing of the space. While all efforts to provide a sanitized area will be made, we cannot be held responsible for the health of those who use the space or potentially become ill thereafter. Overall great space and location. The air conditioning had trouble keeping up and it took a little while to get connected to the wifi/tv but other than that the space is great.

It's a good thing our group was so good at quickly troubleshooting. Our experience here was completely disappointing. The contact number I was given sent me to some random bank. Our event happened hours ago and I have still not received a response to the email I sent Courtney at the beginning of our meeting asking for assistance. The sparse technology in the conference room didn't work and there was no one around with any capacity to help. We couldn't even find someone who knew the wifi network and credentials, so we ended up using one of our cell phones as a hot spot and a laptop (that giant monitor in the image was useless) for a hybrid board meeting with members attending from all over the world. I recommend avoiding this venue.

Great space, super helpful staff. Had a long all day offsite planning meeting and everyone was comfortable and productive. Room gets a bit warm and we had to occasionally leave the door open, but a great experience overall.
