This modern professional conference room is perfect for any meeting. Comfortably seating 6, this space is sure to impress your clients or employees. Located on the 2nd floor of a residential building within The Domain, this space provides easy access for your all your Austin based meetings. The Space Features: 42 inch TV - plug in and display your presentations WiFi Comfortable Seating for 6 Round Conference Table Private Space The space is pet and smoking free. Alcohol may not be served/consumed in this space at anytime. Space is handicap accessible. Restrooms are located near the space. Parking is easy to access in the area.

Rules

Depending on your event we may require a Certificate of Insurance prior to a booking. Event Insurance can be purchased by visiting www.theventhelper.com Our space is proudly Smoke-Free and Pet-Free. Depending on your event, we might recommend that you provide a staff member to check in guests at the front desk of the building as they will be entering a formal lobby on the first floor. Please be respectful of the space and return it in the condition that it was delivered to you, at the time that your reservation ends. We are located inside a residential apartment home community, so please do know that you may see our wonderful residents and their pets as you enter and exit the building. Please be mindful of that when booking your event. Your space reservation time should include time for set up and clean up. If you're unsure how much time you will need, we recommend 1 hour before and 1 hour after your event time. For this very special space, we typically like to have the host of the event meet with our site team to walk through and ensure your needs are met. All guest hosts are required to sign our license agreement prior to the event. Please follow Peerspace's overtime and cancellation policies. We are so happy to have you!

Cancellation Policy

Grace period
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

No, I would not book again.

It was fine for what was intended. It would be helpful for you (and customers) to have a better connection for computers to the monitor. We had to sort of piece it together with an HDMI cable. And the one thing that was a bummer was that the lady took my drivers license in the beginning. Not sure why. But I forgot to get it back. Makes it difficult to get through TSA w/o your license. May just take a picture of folks' license? The staff was very friendly. Excellent really. But the space was sub-par.

Amberly was a great host. The space was overall a quiet place for our team to gather and strategize. The only thing I would say is that the equipment should be compatible for Macs in addition to PCs.
