Welcome to my amazing home! Close to the studios in Burbank. I have an 1927 beautiful home with stunning back yard with Guest house and Studio for shooting. So many areas to shoot. Plenty of street parking! 4 guests or 50... easy. Gated very private! Full use of house, Studio and guest house. There is one small office not for use! This place is even better in reel. The pictures of the space are truthful to the reality. It is even bigger than it seems. We feel comfortable inside and outside the house. The decoration is really beautiful. We had 2 days shootings at this location and the 2 days were a pleasure to come work on set. Jeff, the proprietor/host is a sweetheart and really welcoming. I recommend this place and I would like to book it again. Enjoy 😉

Jeff was the ABSOLUTE best and his house is a producer's dream. Each room has it's own eclectic look/feel that allows you to transcend to different worlds without having to shoot in five different locations. Everything went so smoothly and it was because Jeff made everything so easy and was so accommodating.

I CANNOT recommend this space enough. Jeff was a perfect host that accommodated our every request. He was so generous in sharing his whole space and flexible with our crew as things came up/changed throughout the day. It was very clear that Jeff himself is in the biz because he has a deep understanding of how production works and did everything he could to help us succeed. On top of being incredible to work with, the space itself was a DREAM to film in. Every room of the house is so eclectic and as a result, allowed us to shoot SEVEN SCENES in one location. Overall, perfect host, perfect location. 10/10 would shoot here again.
