About the Space
Located in East Williamsburg, the space is designed to cater to the blossoming arts & commerce community of New York City. Perfect for gallery openings, pop up events, private parties, film screenings, listening sessions and photo shoots. The nearby L train (Grand Street Station) makes our location easy to access from Manhattan. We carefully designed an easy-to-use sound and projection system that sets us apart and delivers top-of-the-line audio/visual experiences for our clients. We also have 6 sets of white LED track lights throughout the 750 square foot room, as well a stunning chandelier which serves as the centerpiece for our space. We are on street level, with a large glass garage door that can easily be opened and closed with the push of a button. The gallery can accommodate up to 80 guests comfortably. We have partnered with Gramercy Flowers for all your floral decor needs, and even offer extensive options for furniture rental as well. Feel free to ask us about musical programming, furniture & decor rentals, floral arrangements, and photo/video services. We look forward to hosting you for your event!

- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Matt is hands down the best host I’ve ever worked with! His customer service is unmatched – he’s so kind, patient, and genuinely cares about making sure everything goes perfectly. He gives you more than enough time to set up and clean up, which is such a huge stress reliever. The venue is absolutely perfect for intimate gatherings, and Matt is always there with great suggestions and solutions for anything you might need. I held a milestone birthday celebration at Seven House Gallery, and it was perfect! The clean and well-kept space looked wonderful in all my pictures, the chandelier is such an elegant touch, and the glass windows and door let in a lot of light for this brunch event. Matt was kind and easy to work with. Thank you so much for your beautiful space!

Such an incredible event space and Matt was the ultimate host. He was supportive and have very clear communication on all of the details for the space. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a beautiful space for an art show of any sort!

Having a party in New York is not easy and not very accessible. Matt and this venue is an extreme exception. I hosted the birthday of my dreams here and was met with incredible graciousness and more help than I could ask for. The space is so customizable and offers all the amenities you can think of. Everything was a success and I could not have been more thankful. If you are considering this space I cannot recommend it enough. All my guests were beyond impressed and non stop inquiring about how this was all possible. You will not regret working with this space and the host.

The space was everything I needed for my 40th birthday party. Matt was MORE than accommodating and helped everything go smoothly. My only constructive criticism is it was a little difficult for people to find the entrance since the number of the building is further down. So we had to put our welcome sign outside instead of inside when people first enter.
