Located in East Williamsburg, this space was designed to cater to the blossoming arts community in the neighborhood. Perfect for gallery openings, pop up shops, small parties, film screenings, listening parties and photo shoots. We have installed a state of the art sound system and feature track lighting throughout the 750 square foot room with dimmer option. Our chandelier also has a dimmer. We are on street level, with a large glass garage door that can easily be opened and closed with the push of a button. The nearby L train (Grand Street Station) makes our gallery easy to access from Manhattan. We can accommodate 75 guests comfortably, and we offer full catering as well as beer and wine services when needed. We have partnered with Gramercy Flowers for all your floral decor needs, and even offer extensive options for furniture rental as well.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. The space is extremely large and bright, the pictures don't do it enough justice! The chandelier was breathtaking and the Bluetooth speaker made it easy to curate a vibe. Matt was willing to help in anyway possible. He was attentive and accommodating while communicating with me every step of the way. I'd book this spot 100x over and give it 6 starts if I could!

I had such an amazing experience working with these guys at 7even House. It was my first time using peerspace and booking a space for a pop up. They gave me complete freedom to use the space how i pleased and there was no looking over the shoulder. It was as if they were long time friends. The communication was amazing and literally them as hosts made me putting on my first major event less stressful and let me focus on my goal.
