To the left of the dramatic two story entry is a large living room with gas fireplace and large video screen; to the right is the dining room that seats up to 10 for meals or meetings. French doors connect the dining room with a private outdoor patio and additional seating. The granite and stainless kitchen has a gas appliances and an adjoining outdoor gas grill. Also on the main floor are the guest bedroom, ultra modern bath, library/den with additional seating, and a western view covered lanai. Upstairs is the enormous master suite and office which is open to the entry below. Access to the entry is via a paved lighted incline path/ramp without stairs. The daylight basement contains a 900 square foot one-bedroom/bath garden view modern apartment with separate entry, storage and garage. The Yard: Off the entry and dining room is a private outdoor patio with glass table, umbrella and chairs which has bright morning to afternoon sun exposure. The western facing private back yard has a large patio, lawn and mountain/sound views – perfect for a sunset soirée. The Neighborhood: The neighborhood is on the north end of Queen Anne Hill, just minutes from downtown Seattle. The space offers views of both the Olympics Mountains to the west and the Cascades to the east. Both sunrise and sunset views can be spectacular. Both Metro Transit #1 and Rapid Ride D routes to downtown are just a few blocks away.
We want you to have a relaxing, excellent experience, so in order to safe guard all of our renters and ensure the home stays in excellent condition we have the following rules: No public events. No pets. All booking start and end times are inclusive of set up and clean up time. No Smoking or illicit drugs of ANY KIND allowed in home or on Property. Renter agrees to at no time exceed the NUMBER OF PERSONS occupancy limit. Owners reserve the right to enter property at any time.
