Providing space for 60 seated and 75 standing, we offer luxury accommodations including a Lounge seating area complete with sofa, side chairs, coffee table, rug, along with accent décor, and additional in-house furnishings for our guests use, including a beautiful 14 ft. Harvest table and upholstered seating for 18. - No smoking on the premises or within 15 feet of the entrance to The Loft. - Alcohol shall be served by a Basset-trained server, and kept within The Loft. - No loud music after 10pm. - No weapons or hard narcotic drugs. - Children must be supervised at all times. - Pets are not allowed without manager's consent except for service animals. - Furniture can only be moved by the host upon request. - Trash should be placed in the bins and the host will take care of the rest. - Rental time includes setup and tear down. - Overtime will be billed at 1.5 times the stated hourly rate, in half-hour increments beyond your stated departure time. - No items shall be nailed, glued, or taped to the walls within the space. - The space will be reviewed after each event for damage to the walls, floors, furniture or accessories and you will be notified within 7 days if damages are found. - No glitter, confetti, rice or birdseed is allowed within The Loft.
