Providing space for 50 seated, we offer luxury accommodations including a Lounge seating area complete with sofa, side chairs, coffee table, rug, along with accent décor, and additional in-house furnishings for our guests use, including a beautiful 14 ft. Harvest table and upholstered seating for 18. Located near I-90, nearby hotels, Metra station, and within walking distance of restaurants, breweries, and cafes, The Loft offers free street-side parking, and two free, enclosed parking garages within a short walk. Focus is on a simple ceremony for an intimate celebration with 8 guests plus couple. Micro-Wedding (3 hours) (all inclusive for 25 guests) - includes officiant, dessert for 25, charcuterie for 25, flowers for couple and backdrop, and professional photography for 2 hours, 3 hours event time $4935.00 - Monday through Thursday $6130.00 Friday, Saturday, Sunday Standard Mini Wedding (8 hours) $3540.00 Monday through Thursday $5310.00 Friday, Saturday and Sunday Includes use of the venue with up to 50 capacity, all in-house furniture.
