This multifunctional venue with lovely grounds are perfect for: • Weddings, unions, memorials, and christenings for people of all faiths. Your event can be streamed live to family and friends who cannot attend in person. • Parties and celebrations • Business events, seminars, workshops, classes, book launches and concerts Available Saturdays; weekdays; and some Sunday afternoons/evenings (beginning at 2:30 pm). Choose from the following spaces: • Sanctuary – seats up to 200 (2400 sf). Video and sound systems available, including ability to stream your event online and live. Two flat screen TVs available for playing videos or slideshows. • Community Room (+ Kitchen) – seats up to 100 (1200 sf). Chairs and tables – round and oblong. Flat screen monitor and sound system available. Adjacent kitchen with open counter to main room. • Upstairs meeting rooms (2) – for smaller groups or breakouts. Each can be rented for $60/hour or $100/hour for both. • Patio with movable umbrellas for socialization or to expand the Sanctuary space via outdoor speakers and Sanctuary doors that open across the back. • Large, flat lawn area suitable for tables & chairs. Included with rental of the Community Room or can be rented by itself for $75/hour. • For children – indoor playroom (adjacent to Community Room) opens to outdoor playground. Large lawn area also ideal for running around. Indoor playroom is included with rental of the Community Room or the Sanctuary. Note that other rooms may be concurrently occupied. Additional information about pricing: • Combined pricing is available. For example, renting both the Sanctuary and the Community Room is $225/hour ($240/hour on Saturdays). • Sound operator for the Sanctuary: $75/hour • Live streaming in the Sanctuary: - $100/hour with 2-hour minimum - $100/hour per camera if you use our camera
• TIME FOR SET UP AND CLEAN UP IS INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL HOURS. You must be cleaned up by the end of the rental time or an additional hour may be charged. • A $500 refundable security deposit is required. • SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED anywhere on the grounds, including the parking lot. A portion of the security deposit will be retained if cigarette butts are found on the grounds. • No food or drink in Sanctuary other than water in enclosed containers. • Refreshments allowed in Community Room and other parts of the facility. • Table linens are not provided. • No candles or flowers on the piano. • Event sponsor is responsible for serving and cleanup, including repair or removal of any stains, spills or damage to facilities, furnishings or equipment. • To attach items to walls or other surfaces, use only appropriate tape/materials. Ask Facilities Manager for specifics. • Must comply with local noise ordinances. • Alcoholic beverages allowed. If sold, get permit from Alcoholic Beverage Control and provide to host at least one week prior to event. • No rice, bird feed and confetti to be thrown on grounds for safety reasons. • Taking pictures and videos is allowed on grounds and in buildings. • Use and damage deposits required at time of reservation as specified in the appropriate agreement.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

Amazing place..!! We never knew a place like this existed in Walnut Creek and when saw it, we were surprised. It’s a beautiful venue with a hall and a lawn available for rent. The lawn supersedes everything else as it alone is huge, can accommodate more than 50 guests, has long Mediterranean Cypress trees on one side and looks charming for any occasion. Lisa, who manages the property, helped us from the beginning and was very courteous. We will definitely recommend this place...!!

Loved the space! Very convienient location off the freeway, plenty of parking, full kitchen, and multiple outdoor areas right outside of the community room plus playground/playroom for the kids. Great not having to rent extra tables and chairs since they were provided. Lisa and Charlene were very helpful from beginning to end and we would definitely recommend or book this space again in the future.

Wonderful place to host a baby shower, Sharlin was in charge or helping me through my event. At 1st I felt overwhelmed by so many rules she had for me. I did everything she asked me to do. But was a little overwhelmed when she was around while I was trying to set up my event and then clean up. Very sweet and wonderful person other then that! The space is very nice for 100 people. I would rent this place out again

The space provided by Lisa and the staff of this facility was perfect! It was spacious, well-lit, including previously decorated and in a wonderful location - with plenty of parking for the large group we had attending. The lady who let us into the facility on the day of the event was gracious and helpful. Our guests were happy about the space and our party was a complete success! Thank you, Lisa, for helping us orchestrate such a wonderful event! We will definitely book this location again!
