This multifunctional venue with lovely grounds are perfect for: • Weddings, unions, memorials, and christenings for people of all faiths. Your event can be streamed live to family and friends who cannot attend in person. • Parties and celebrations • Business events, seminars, workshops, classes, book launches and concerts Available Saturdays; weekdays; and some Sunday afternoons/evenings (beginning at 2 pm). Choose from the following spaces: • Sanctuary – seats up to 200 (2400 sf). Video and sound systems available, including ability to stream your event online and live. Two flat screen TVs available for playing videos or slideshows. • Community Room (+ Kitchen) – seats up to 100 (1200 sf). Chairs and tables – round and oblong. Flat screen monitor and sound system available. Adjacent kitchen with open counter to main room. • Upstairs meeting rooms (2) – for smaller groups or breakouts. Each can be rented for $60/hour or $100/hour for both. • Patio with movable umbrellas for socialization or to expand the Sanctuary space via outdoor speakers and Sanctuary doors that open across the back. • Large, flat lawn area suitable for tables & chairs. Included with rental of the Community Room or can be rented by itself for $75/hour. • For children – indoor playroom (adjacent to Community Room) opens to outdoor playground. Large lawn area also ideal for running around. Indoor playroom is included with rental of the Community Room or the Sanctuary. Additional information about pricing: • Saturday pricing is $175/hour each for the Sanctuary or the Community Room. The $125/hour rate applies to weekdays and Sundays. • Combined pricing is available. For example, renting both the Sanctuary and the Community Room is $225/hour ($300/hour on Saturdays). • Sound operator for the Sanctuary: $75/hour • Live streaming in the Sanctuary: - $100/hour with 2-hour minimum - $100/hour per camera if our camera Note that other rooms may be concurrently occupied.
• No smoking. • No food or drink in Sanctuary other than water in enclosed containers. • Refreshments allowed in Community Room and other parts of the facility. • No candles or flowers on the piano. • Event sponsor responsible for serving and cleanup, including repair or removal of any stains, spills or damage to facilities, furnishings or equipment. • To attach items to walls or other surfaces, use only appropriate tape/materials. Ask Facilities Manager for specifics. • Must comply with local noise ordinances. • Alcoholic beverages allowed. If sold, get permit from Alcoholic Beverage Control and provide to host at least one week prior to event. • No rice, bird feed and confetti to be thrown on grounds for safety reasons. • Taking pictures and videos allowed on grounds and in buildings. • Use and damage deposits required at time of reservation as specified in appropriate agreement. • A $500 refundable security deposit is required. • Booking start and end times are inclusive of set-up and clean-up time.
