Stairs

The building is an old warehouse so the stairways are very large. It's two easy flights of stairs up to the loft.

Open outlets and/or power strips throughout the loft.

Please ensure that you read the below before booking: 1) All city and state COVID-19 Precautions and Protocols must be followed. 2) The loft is on the 3rd floor of the building - two flights up. It's a converted warehouse so the stairwells are quite large. There is a freight elevator but it cannot be used (no exceptions.) 3) There are two things that cannot be moved in the space - the sectional and the piano. 4) No one can take phone calls or hangout in the hallways or stairwells. They will need to either do this inside the space or outside of the building. 5) There cannot be any storage in the hallway for any length of time. 6) There cannot be any shooting in the hallways, stairwells or any place inside the building other than the space in this listing. 7) There cannot be any storage or setup of any type in front of the building. There is an additional space that can be booked on the 2nd floor if you need a space for holding, craft services, styling, HMU, etc. (https://www.peerspace.com/pages/listings/600c8a9c78770b000d136a55). 8) No smoking indoors. Please step outside to do so. 9) Be cognizant of loud noise or music. Please be respectful to our neighbors. If any of the above happens you may be asked to leave.
