There is no parking in the building, you have to search for a street parking or use paid parking garadge.

The noise levels are pretty low, however, there are a few offices on the floor and between 9A-5P you can hear people walking, on weekends the space is really quiet as most of the other offices are closed!

There is a ramp on the other side of the building, it can be accessed on weekdays 9A-7P

The hallway can't be used to store clothing or equipment.

The electrical system is not desinged to power professional video lighting equipment, is designed for regular office use.

All the guests must occupy the rented space, no other open areas in the building can be occupied by the guests. If there are people arrive to the studio at different time please make sure that you have a person in your team who they can contact for direction, DO NOT SEND MY INFO TO EVERYONE WHO WILL BE JOINING YOU. If a key fob for the front door is given, please return it before leaving, lost or not returned key fob fee is $75. We provide 2 strobes HENSEL INTEGRA MINI 300 watt photography lights along with stands, diffusors and sandbags. We DO NOT PROVIDE LIGHTS FOR VIDEO SHOOTS, if you're shooting video and continues lighting is required please bring your own or check with us for availability. If any specific equipment such as tripods, monopods, sliders needed, please check with us for the availability as these items are not included in the rental. If shooting interviews and sound is crucial, please keep in mind that there is no sound proofing in the studio, and some noises can be heard. The are no permanent noises such as subway or any other constant noise generators; however, if the ideal sound proofed environment is required our space might not work for you. You’re welcome to move all the furniture if needed, but the space should be restored to its original state before you leave, otherwise cleaning fee of $40 will be applied to your account. If a full body seamless backdrop is required for your shoot, please check for the availability first. There is $15 charge per fullbody seamless. Maximum occupancy 6 people. If more people, please contact me prior to booking In order to secure a date, the, deposit must be paid. Nonsmoking space No loud music playing No parties or event celebrations Setup and breakdown should be completed during the hours of your reservation. Everyone must leave the space when the reservation time is over.
