All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Parking description
Parking is available on the street and is metered until 10 PM daily unless its a federal holiday when all packing in the city is usually free. Additional parking can be found on the side streets if you would like to drive around. All parking is on a first come, first serve basis. Colonial Parking also has a parking garage located at 2421 18th Street, Northwest, DC located a few hundred feet from our venue.
General Rules
No smoking is permitted in the venue. Any events will require one of our staff members to verify age as required by law. Staff requirement will be determined based on the event. You are not allowed to bring your own alcohol since we offer a full service bar. In addition, customers are not allowed to leave with liquor.

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

We loved our experience with this location! The owners were both very responsive and helpful. They were able to get me everything I needed to host an awesome Quinceneara for my dog. It was definitely an unusual party request, but the guys were great about it and really had fun with the whole thing! All of my guests loved the cool vibe of the space and it worked out perfectly for a flow of drink areas, food areas, dance areas.

Jonathan and Sean were such a delight. They were available every step of the way. Beautiful facilities and the staff were really helpful. Sean (I hope I have it right) was awesome he helped setup and even interacted with the guest. I would definitely recommend using them for your event.

Our host, Jonathan & all the staff at the club were extremely helpful during this process. The space was awesome & exactly as advertised. We had a party for a dj’s anniversary, they provided tables for the Dj and for food, and I was 100% with the outcome & will definitely be adding it to my list for future clients interested/looking to rent a space for their event.
