HOUSE: Modern architectural house with excellent natural light on all three floors, coming from large floor to ceiling windows, balconies, lightwell and walkways. The house has wood floors and white walls in parts, and concrete walls and floors in other sections of the house, allowing for various looks. The house is 3,800Sq feet and has three bedrooms (one was originally designed as an office), three bathrooms, a chef's kitchen, bar, living room / conversation pit, walkways, balconies, a courtyard, garden, garage, outdoor shower, and large roof deck. HOUSE VIBE: The house is modern, tech with a slight Japanese and Chinese mid-century modern/fashion aesthetic. The house was designed and built in 2017 by one of the UK's top architects, who also designed the British embassy in Berlin and award-winning buildings in Asia. WORKING IN THE HOUSE: Two large front doors (at both ends of the house) parking pad, and a garage that opens at both ends - makes accessing the space easy. PARKING You can park three cars (normal sized) at the house on the property or one truck and one car. There is free street parking at the end of the road and two large parking lots nearby.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
