This Malibu sanctuary is located just a short walk from Malibu's best-kept secret beaches in front and majestic canyons and mountains in the back. We have an recently remodeled Airstream, and a beautiful Lotus Belle tent that can be set up for your shoot. We have parking inside our gates and can accommodate small and large shoots on our property. Published rates are based on a small shoot and for larger shoots please contact us.
Our House Rules: - Please leave the property clean in the condition you found it or an additional fee will be assessed for extra cleaning. -No extra guests without permission and payment; - No music or loud talking after 10pm we live in a quiet residential area and need to be respectful of our neighbors so we can continue to share the Sanctuary with guests -No photo or video shoots without permission and applicable fees (contact us to discuss); - We live on the property beyond the lot behind the Buddha, please respect our privacy and do not go wandering beyond the main lot where the Airstreams and tents are or the lot behind the Buddha should there be a need to park there because the other parking area is full -No smoking inside the trailer or tents - Absolutely no fires - No parties without our consent and applicable fees (contact us). - No shoes worn inside the trailer or tents please; - No chemicals or objects beyond toilet paper are allowed flushed down the drain or toilet (We - and Malibu - run on a delicate septic system so please just TP down the toilette); - If you intend to go to the beach, please bring your own beach towels (or let us know if you need anything last minute). The ones we offer are not meant to be sandy. We do offer rental beach chairs and towels for $25. - Please wash off the sand before going inside the trailers or tents in the outdoor shower. - Please do not drive cars onto the hardscaped lot where the units are located - Any violation of the above rules can result in a loss of up to your complete security deposit Thank you!

Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Zuma sanctuary was perfect for our swimwear shoot! Beautiful space and Jeremy was very easy to work with and super flexible. We had to change our date last minute and he made it work, he even let us extend our stay! Highly recommend!

Produced a shoot at this location and it is as amazing as it looks in photographs. The only different was the tent area was changed into a teepee, but still awesome. Host was super responsive and tended to all our needs providing a surf board to set the vibe!
