The abandoned house is an ideal space for your next creative project that is looking for this type of unique aesthetic! The home was built in the 1930's - three bedroom, dining area, kitchen, social room, three bathrooms, and a hauntingly gorgeous basement is found hidden away through the corridor. The home was in a sudden house fire in 2016, and all that remains in the home is now used as a film and commercial location that is unlike anywhere in Los Angeles. The home rests on a 10-acre ranch, and comes with private on-site parking, men and women's restrooms, and power throughout the location. The location also offers a camera & lighting equipment at an additional fee. We own a RED Epic W 8K Camera Package, Lighting/Support and more. - Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.

This spooky location was everything we could have wanted and more. Each room was different from the next and we had endless options for backgrounds. John was welcoming, kind, and accommodating. Definitely recommend!
