Video shoots, interviews work well in our home, specifically our living room with a grand fireplace and classic comfortable seating. 10 min from Downtown Seattle, 17 min from SeaTac Airport. One of the most beautiful classic neighborhoods in the city. Large luxury estates surround with spacious streets. Steps from lake. Great street appeal, set high above street with water views. Front porch. Beautiful street. WiFi Available. We have the pleasure of hosting: Microsoft, Amazon, Starbucks, Expedia, ESPN, Zillow, Ben Bridge, Highlights Magazine, A&E Channel for photo and video shoots.

This location is beautiful & host answered all of our questions and made us feel welcome - thank you! Our only feedback (based upon experience) would be to ensure the guests know not to let the door shut without the unique (old-school) locking mechanism being clicked off. :-)

Tonya is such a wonderful host! We booked this home for a video shoot, and she was so easy to work with. She answered all of our questions promptly and provided great instructions for entering and exiting the home. The home itself is stunning! It's located on a quite street and a bit off the street itself which is great for audio. I would absolutely recommend this space and hope to shoot here again.
