We turned one of our guest room into a gym pictured above. We have 2 big bedrooms upstairs and 2 full bathrooms. (Only one is pictured) Those areas are add-ons , meaning they are not included in the base price. The base price gives you access to the 1st floor. ( kitchen and living rooms ). there is a half bath on the first floor. Great for photoshoots and Video shoots but please read the house rules carefully. Big open kitchen nicely furnished living rooms close to the 4 express train 8 to 30 people can be comfortable in the space The bigger the crew/the more equipment, the more wear and tear to our home, so once at 15 people and above the price changes.
