About the Space
Located in the heart of the design district with a green stage, lounge, conference room, and production offices, we have any space you need at a convenient location for your production. Both studio are a 42′ by 42′. Height is 12.5′ to the grid and 14′ to the deck. Comes with a lighting package including 8 space lights and 5 keno flo lights hung and 4 keno flo lights on the floor. Hung lights are adjustable by light board. Access to loading docks. All space rentals include electricity, high speed internet, and dressing room access. We also have lighting and camera equipment available to fit your production needs.

- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Janeth is the best. We had a simple shoot but needed my mic to hang from the ceiling and she was able to get a ladder and got right to it for us! She’s a very cool person and very friendly. I definitely will be back. The space was very spacious and exactly what we were looking for. They have extra lights if you need some and it’s just a very professional space.

Booked this space on a Thursday and shot there the next day, so needless to say they were responsive and totally professional. Would definitely shoot here again.

Spacious, equipment accommodating, and professional. This studio is perfect for your next photoshoot or filming location! The hosts were very accommodating and friendly. The parking situation is a plus. There is barely any parking anywhere available anymore so that stood out to us. They gave us the space to finish our job and also checking on this to be the perfect host. Book them for your next project.
