- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

This was a bit of a disaster. We arrived to the room about 20 min after our reservation started and a tenant of the building had set up her breakfast and was on a call, just totally ignored the sign on the door that the room was reserved. Once she packed up and left, we set up and tried to connect to wifi but it wasn't working. Had to wait about 30 more min to find someone that could reset it. So we finally get wifi connection and tried to hook up to the TV monitor. We brought our HDMI cord as instructed by Courtney and it didn't work. Called for help again and the guy came back and tried work with the inputs and couldn't figure it out after about 15 min. So we couldn't use the TV. We should really get all of our money back.

Space is clean and cute. Easy to access (on first floor of building). There's paid parking, but my team was able to find street parking for free. WiFi was a problem -- we logged in but couldn't actually use it. Probably won't book again if we need reliable wifi.

This is an apartment building with key/code controlled access. Host never provided the entry code and the tenant rightful did not want to let us in. After contacting the host several times, we waited outside for a delivery person to let us in as they were coming out. Guest started to arrive before we made it inside the building. We had food and supplies to unload from the car that stacked up outside the front for waiting for access. Good thing guest arrived because we needed one person to hold the front door so we didn't lose access while another person held the door to access the conference room. We had to go to the bathroom in pairs for the same reason, the bathroom is inside of the gym which also has controlled access. I'd never book with this host again! Unprofessional.
