Our space is proudly Smoke-Free and Pet-Free. Depending on your event, we might recommend that you provide a staff member to check in guests at the front desk of the building as they will be entering a formal lobby on the first floor. Please be respectful of the space and return it in the condition that it was delivered to you, at the time that your reservation ends. We are located inside a residential apartment home community, so please know that you may see our wonderful residents and their pets as you enter and exit the building. Please be mindful of that when booking your event. Your space reservation time should include time for set up and clean up. If you're unsure how much time you will need, we recommend 1 hour before and 1 hour after your event time. We DO NOT supply an HDMI cable, bottled water, and or eating utensils/plates. All guest hosts are required to sign our license agreement prior to the event. Please follow Peerspace's overtime and cancellation policies. We are so happy to have you!
