The Master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom featuring vintage clawfoot tub. The second bedroom is a Moroccan inspired hideaway in a private, romantic 'Cabana' off the rear patio. Not just a rental: this is also my home and features fine art and rare collectibles I’ve acquired from all over the world. MINIMUM RENTAL TIME: 6 hours. CAPACITY: Maximum 75 people VENUE RENTAL FEE(S) - INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR Interior/Exterior events with full access to the house, kitchens, bathrooms (does not include overnight stays, see below) $365 / hour for 1-15 people $450 / hour for 16-40 people $595 / hour for 41-75 people ACCESS/SCOUTING: - It is important that you do not walk the property without prior approval from us. The space is frequently occupied by other guests and trespassing is prohibited. PAYMENTS: - A $1500 Security Deposit is due 30 days before the start of the event. The Deposit will be returnable to the Guest no later than 30 days after completion of the event and inspection of the property for any potential loss, damage, excess wear-and-tear or cleaning required. Damage resulting in loss of occupancy may result in additional fees. Any losses exceeding the amount of the security deposit shall be the responsibility of the Guest. ACCOMMODATIONS: - This agreement does not confer any rights to overnight lodging. Any overnight stays require a separate agreement and must be booked through Airbnb directly. FIRE: - There is a gas Barbecues grill available on site. - All candles must be contained or enclosed in glass. The flame must not reach higher than 2 inches below the height of the glass. DECORATIONS: - Decorations may not be attached to any structure or surface with tape, wire, nails, screws or other fasteners that could cause damage. All decorations, rental items and vendor equipment must be removed at the end of the event. - The use of birdseed and blowing bubble is permitted only outside for wedding and reception farewells. Rice, confetti, flower petals, balloons, glitter, pyrotechnics, and sparklers are not permitted anywhere on the property TOILETS: - All groups over 30 people must provide portable toilets (we can assist you with a supplier, if needed). INSURANCE/LIABILITY: - Guest shall obtain General Liability Insurance including Host Liquor liability, in an amount not less than $1,000,000 Combined Single Limit for Bodily Injury and Property Damage. Such Insurance shall name host as additional insured, and a certificate of insurance with an endorsement must be provided 30 days prior to the event. - Event day insurance may be available through www.wedsafe.com, www.csicoverage.com,www.markelinsuresfun.com or a renter’s insurance broker or agent. - All Vendors shall carry and maintain in full force and effect workers compensation insurance, general liability insurance and policy endorsement naming host as an additional insured. - Notwithstanding the requirement for such insurance, Guest shall be required to also hold harmless, indemnify, and defend host, to the maximum extent allowed by law, from any and all liability arising from Guests use of venue, including the payment of host's reasonable attorney’s fees and costs incurred in defense of any actual or alleged liability. LIQUOR/BEVERAGES/ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES: - All liquor must be served by an Insured Licensed Bartender. Alcohol may not be served to minors. Illegal substances are not allowed at any time on the premise. Drunken/Violent disturbances are prohibited and subject to immediate removal from the premise and possible termination of event without refund. DJ/MUSIC: - We have a multi-zone Sonos system including four outdoor speakers and speakers throughout the property. You may connect into this system. Please consult us regarding cable requirements. You may also bring your own sound system. - All music must end by 10pm during weekdays and 11pm on weekends to comply with sound ordinances. - Fines may be issued for noise violations. SMOKING: - We are a non-smoking venue. Smoking is only allowed outdoors. - Your crew/guests must remove all cigarette butts from the property to avoid additional cleaning fees. CHILDREN: - All children under the age of 16 MUST be supervised at all times. ANIMALS: - No pets of any kind are allowed. Service dogs are excluded. Proof of legal Service Dog certification must be presented prior to the event. Service dogs must wear their official Service Dog vest at all times while on the property. PHOTOGRAPHY: - We would appreciate access to any photography/videography shots for use on our website and for other promotional means. TERMINATION It is understood and agreed that should your group fail to adhere to all rules, policies and conform to the proper use of the buildings and facilities, host may, at his discretion, terminate this agreement and require the renting parties to vacate the property (during the event if necessary), forfeiting any and all fees and monies.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

The host and the space were both fantastic. Dale was super friendly and responsive and helped us throughout the day. The location is beautiful and lots of great light for any filming/photography work. We would 10/10 recommend this location and look forward to working with Dale again :)
