DESCRIPTION Located in Downtown Hoboken, at Riverview Historical Plaza, steps away from the PATH, our space is a 4,000 square foot rooftop event space with wrap around terrace and breathtaking panoramic views of The Manhattan Skyline and Hudson River. An extremely versatile venue, its blank canvas, floor to ceiling windows and natural light create a perfect setting for dinner parties, charity events, weddings & trade shows. The total capacity is 20 persons seated and 175 persons standing. PRICE All Event bookings require a $500 per Hour Bar Minimum & $750 per Hour Food Minimum 5PM-1AM Daily FOOD AND BAR Food and bar minimums are included in the booking rate and typically serve up to 50 guests. The average cost per drink package is $65. All of our wines are Bio-Dynamic or Certified Organic. The average cost per food package for Seated Event is $85, Cocktail Event with Passed Hors D'Oeuvres is $40, or Stationed Food is $50. Some favorite food packages include: "Mutz" Station - experienced Chefs make fresh Mozzarella before your eyes "Antique Sampler" - passed or stationed favorites that include: Dirty Burger Sliders*Pumpkin Seed Sliders*Big Easy BBQ Shrimp Buns*Oysters Casino*Ricotta Flatbread*Mac & Mornay Bites*Burrata Bruschetta*Saba Oyster*Edamame Puree*New Orleans Smoked Crab Dip*Salami Board*Northeast Artisan Cheese Board After the hosted food & bar tab has been reached, you may choose to add more or close out. At this point orders turn into an additional purchase in the form of a cash bar or a new tap on a guest provided credit card. INCLUDED IN BOOKING RATE The booking include private use of the loft, tables and chairs. Additionally china/glass/silver are included in all food & beverage packages. We will also provide an event maitre d, security and elevator attendant and event staff (bartender, bar back, on-site management, door host). We also offer AV equipment (tv screens, speakers, mics & mixers) at an additional fee. ADDITIONAL SERVICES AND RENTALS Any additional furnishings, equipment, decor, etc. will be an additional cost to the guest and are not included within the booking. We would be happy to assist you with these elements. Our events team is dedicated to full service planning to bring your vision to life and will assist with additional services: logistic planning, timeline creation, catering selection, custom menus, vendor selections, on site management, accommodations, transportation, audio visual, entertainment, florals, rentals, photography, promotional products, gifting and branding. Kelli and Elena were very responsive throughout the entire process. I found that the hosts were understanding, accommodating and genuinely cared about my event. The pictures don't do justice to how breathtaking the view is. The venue offers unobstructed views of New York City and New Jersey with a wrap around terrace. I hosted a surprise engagement party for my fiancee. Kelli helped me plan it out and was very hands on during the event, even helping to serve food! I would book this venue again and if I have to give it a score out of 10, it would be a 15!! :-D

I hosted my wife’s 30th birthday at Antique Loft. The space and views of the manhattan skyline are out of this world. My guests also got to enjoy a stunning sunset out on the balcony. Kelli was super helpful with organization and logistics. I used the on-site staff for my party and everything ran smoothly, and the staff was courteous and professional. Overall terrific experience! Would HIGHLY recommend.
