About the Space
Our space is great for acoustic performances, workshops, listening parties, release parties, and private events. Outdoor and Layout: We have an covered outdoor patio that is ADA accessible and rectangular with comfortable seating and standing. We have large sliding glass doors that transitions into our indoor space where you are met with a L shaped bar and seating area surrounding it. We have a small stage and piano. Location: We are located in the heart of Echo Park on Sunset Blvd. where there is paid lot and street parking. Parking is free after 8pm and all day Sunday. There is additional free parking on the side streets perpendicular to Sunset. Amenities: We have one unisex bathroom. Comfortable living room/loft furniture and moveable furniture that adjusts to the type of event. We have outlets for the stage area and a screen for film showings. The lighting is adjustable throughout the day. Capacity: We can comfortably fit 60-70 indoor and another 30 outdoor.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
