This 30x30' studio shoot space is sound proofed for clean audio. Price per hour is inclusive of lighting and background (green screen, white screen, or light wall set-piece). Other amenities that come with the hourly rental rate are as follows: - Large green room area - Dressing/makeup room - 2 bathrooms A control room is available if needed at an additional $25/hr. There is a separate entrance for the space; in total, it is approx. 1500 sq ft in size. This studio space is easy to get to by public transportation, and there is a public parking lot directly behind the building. We have equipment for rent if needed. Such equipment includes Sony FX9, FS7, teleprompter, microphones and other essential gear so you don't need to bring or rent from another location.
