Incredible loft in Greenpoint with exposed brick, high ceilings, water views and tons of natural charm. Large open space which can accommodate many types of events in the space - excellent for photoshoots as well! We have desks and tables which can be used for many types of settings. The building has photo studio rental equipment down the hall, and many other creative studios. The neighborhood is very charming and hip, with new cafes, restaurants and the barge bar right next door! Great as a backdrop for interviews, as well as filming where you need both a white wall space and a brick wall, since we have both you can create multiple atmospheres. We recently painted the floor a light grey color to brighten the space, and rearranged the furniture - so the images with the light floor are the most updated! Perfect for a "design studio" set, as this space functions as a design studio when not booked. Desks and chairs are in the space and available for use. There are some marble pieces which cannot be moved towards the back window wall. Sorry we cannot accommodate hazer use in the space. We are ok with flexible hours and late nights!

Overall I think it was a decent amount of space and provided a decent amount of decor to set dress with. It wasn't very soundproof, which wasn't a massive problem because there weren't many people around. It was a bit inconvenient to go a day ahead to pick up keys, but it turned out you didn't need a key card to use the elevators, so that wasn't too bad. And it's a bit of a walk on the sidewalk and down a hall to load in gear. I would film there again on the weekend, but probably not weekdays.
