The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, pots, pans, oils, tea, and spices. The house faces west and catches the evening sunsets. It is a home abundant with lush plants. Entry to the home will take you through an intimate, multi-terraced garden that overlooks a forest of black bamboo. There are queen sized beds in each guest room, and one twin bed located in the sunporch. Space is perfect for groups anywhere from 2 to 15. Seating suitable for 8-10+ people. The space is perfect for bachelorette parties, garden gatherings, networking events, celebrations, and off-sites or a photo/video shoot. Please note* The lower half of the the house is a separate apartment. The levels are securely locked from each other. The house is perfectly-located just one block from the bus lines on West Queen Anne where you can catch a bus and be downtown Seattle in fifteen minutes or historic Ballard in ten or a quick five-minute walk will bring you to Whole Foods and Peet's Coffee. There is no private parking but street parking is rarely a problem.
