About the Space

Malibu Beachfront at it's best. Directly on the sand. Ideal for filming and photoshoot. Private beach access with heated shower. Fully equipped perfect beach getaway. Fabulous bright 2 bedroom, 2 bath house in the heart of Malibu. Easy access with ample street parking. It can accommodate a daily crew up to 15. BEFORE BOOKING please provide the following: - Company name - Content being shot - Total participance #COVID19 Considering the current situation we do have some new rules. 1. Everyone who enters the house is required to wear a mask. 2. Production shoot should be managed to allow for social distancing. 3. Everyone who enters our house will take shoes off and use hand sanitizer installed in the house. 4. Our house is normally sanitized before and after every booking, but now sanitation process will be documented. 5. Our house accommodates for virtual attendees and hybrid events. 6. We do virtual walkthrough instead of site visits prior to booking. 7. We recommend to prepare list of names for check- in process.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Hand Sanitizer

Lina was an excellent host, accommodating our shoot at the very last moment. She has two houses right on the beach side by side We scouted both and picked the one more suitable for our shoot. Both were very clean and organized. We got lucky with sunset views and got some outstanding footage. It was super easy to work with professional hosts like Lina and her husband. Definitely going to come back for some Malibu beach shoots.

Lina is a dream hostess! Her place is not only uniquely modern with a beautiful ocean view, it is also immaculately clean. She was very responsive anytime I messaged her, and her place grants direct beach access, on top of everything else! Yes, I would book again.

The space was clean and easy to use. The tide was a bit high but we were able to use a semi-private beach not far from the house! I will absolutely book this space again! Oh and the hosts are incredibly kind and so easy to work with.
