About the Space
Large open plan living area, modern contemporary design. 5 bedrooms 5.5 baths over 3 floors. over 4300 sq feet and a large front yard. Working fireplace, 2 office spaces, wrap around porch, ample natural light. Serene interior design, white on white palate. Oversized master bedroom with sitting area in a victorian bay window. En-suite master bath with walk in shower, 2 sinks and large vintage soaking tub. 4 additional bedrooms for filming, holding, hair, make-up wardrobe or video village Large dining table that seats 8 custom white Italian cabinetry in the kitchen, Built in paneled appliances. Front yard and side yard can be tented for catering, equipment etc. Village of Nyack very film friendly, parking permits available thru town hall. 20 minutes from the GW bridge tech scouts are $75 an hour crews over 35 people are billed at $500/hour time and a half after 6pm
