About the Space
Poquito Street Oasis is perfect for a small backyard bbq or pool party, baby shower, birthday party, engagement party, wedding, corporate event, and more! Holding up to 40 people (due to COVID) our backyard oasis features a stone patio with a grill and smoker, a pool, and plenty of yard space for games, tables, or anything your event requires! Although this 1930s house has been recently updated, it still has a retro and cool vibe, perfect for your next Austin event! The downstairs features an open, fully-euipped kitchen, 1 bathroom, dining room with an 8 person dining table, living room with couch and sitting area, and a laundry room/butlers pantry to for catering/storage. The upstairs features 1 bathroom for guests to use, and up to 2 bedrooms as an added charge for overnight stays or can be used as a bridal and/or groom suite upon request. The upstairs also has a beautiful balcony that overlooks the backyard and is great for pictures. **PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS OUR OWN HOME WITH OUR PERSONAL BELONGINGS AND PICTURES IN THE HOUSE**

Christine's space was great for the baby shower we hosted this fall! It is centrally located with great indoor and outdoor space. The set up of the kitchen near the back door made it easy to restock food and keep an eye on all the activities outside. We had some rain during the shower, so it was really nice to have indoor space to use as a back up. Many rentals I saw in Austin with a pool were awesome, but did not have rain plan capacity. Christine was really responsive and even let us use a folding tables to set up food outside.

This place was so awesome and was exactly what I expected if not more. Host was great with leaving instructions. Location was accommodating to all our guest, and they had a wonderful time!!!! 1st BDAY WAS A SUCCESS!!!!

Christine was such a helpful host and the property was so perfect for my husband’s 50th bday party! We had such weird weather, but the backyard is such an awesome place to gather and hang out. Only the kids swam, but I hope we can visit again and really make use of the pool. Everything went well and we were very pleased with our visit. Thanks again, Christine!

It was our thrid year hosting a small office party at this space and it was once again a great experience! The kitchen is a great size and the backyard is the center of the event - the pool is perfect, but there's also a lot of seating available and good amount of shade
