Located on the second floor and overlooking the clubhouse and pool, this space provides easy access for your Mission Viejo meetings. Alcohol may not be served/consumed in this space at anytime. Space is handicap accessible. Restrooms are located near the space.
Depending on your event we may require a Certificate of Insurance prior to a booking. Event Insurance can be purchased by visiting www.theventhelper.com Our space is proudly Smoke-Free and Pet-Free. Depending on your event, we might recommend that you provide a staff member to check in guests at the front desk of the building as they will be entering a formal lobby on the first floor. Please be respectful of the space and return it in the condition that it was delivered to you, at the time that your reservation ends. We are located inside a residential apartment home community, so please do know that you may see our wonderful residents and their pets as you enter and exit the building. Please be mindful of that when booking your event. Your space reservation time should include time for set up and clean up. If you're unsure how much time you will need, we recommend 1 hour before and 1 hour after your event time. For this very special space, we typically like to have the host of the event meet with our site team to walk through and ensure your needs are met. All guest hosts are required to sign our license agreement prior to the event. Please follow Peerspace's overtime and cancellation policies. We are so happy to have you!
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Great facility and beautifully appointed rooms. We had a slight issue with my computer hooking to the TV, but it was my computer, and I’ve had the issue before. In any case the front desk helped trying to find a resolution including checking other rooms. I appreciated their efficiently and ability to help us. My clients really liked the space as well. Pricing was right. I definitely plan to use it again.
