The third floor has blackout curtains.

Sea Cliff is a very quiet neighborhood. We can not hear our neighbors. Neither El Camino Del Mar nor 32nd Avenue are busy streets. The only noise that might impact your shoot is our ice maker in the second floor bar off the kitchen. This can be turned off, if necessary.

Stairs, Ground Floor

There are two ground floor parking spaces off the garage that can be used for unloading and loading. Loading trucks need to park up towards Lands End.

There are multiple rooms on each floor for crew and talent to set up makeup wardrobe: the 1st floor Garden Room, the second floor bar, the third floor bathrooms and study, and the fourth floor space adjoining the solarium.

The circuit breaker is one the first floor Garden Room (behind an oval mirror), and behind what looks like a wall at the top of the stairs just before you enter the solarium. There are multiple outlets on every floor.

Please no smoking, inside or on the deck. No animals. No loud music. The Sonos system will be tempting! Please ask guests to remove their shoes at the Garden Level upon arrival. We encourage barefeet or socks (radiant heated flooring on all four floors including the first floor, polished concrete floor in the Screening / Recharge Room). Furniture can only be moved by the host upon request. Please place trash in one of the three bins inside the grass covered trash enclosure. All rentals include set up and teardown time. Please inquire for details about meditation guide, Ayurvedic chef, and other staffing.

Single event liability insurance is required. Please inquire.

Furniture may be carefully removed. However, if damage is done to the floors or the furniture, we expect to not only pay but manage the repair.
