About the Space

This large 1000 SQ loft is the perfect creative space for your next event. It can be used for holding meetings, hosting small functions, photo shoots, the possibilities are endless. Equipped with a large flat screen TV's, a conference table, ample seating, a kitchenette, etc. Located in Historic Downtown LB minutes from the Convention Center, Water Front, Hotels, and hip to classic spots for dinner, and drinks. Free covered parking.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Hand Sanitizer
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
The space has the following features:
  • Space has access to outdoor air ventilation

Sheida was a phenomenal host! She was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. Her space was perfect for my birthday and I’m so grateful to have had her as a host. The space was really cute and directions were very simple. It was the perfect size!

This was an amazing space, has everything you need to host a gathering. The only downside was very limited parking on the street but was able to use the 4 parking spots in the garage.
