About the Space
Artsy house with chill vibes. We are pretty open to whatever you want to do here like a photoshoot, video shoot, or event, so just let me know what you want to do and we can make it happen! The space is good sized and has wood floors, open kitchen, lots of street parking, a front and back yard, and bathroom. You can use the entire house except for the bedrooms. We can also move around whatever you want in the house. We have had many events here from parties, to photo/video shoots, to fashion and art shows.

Helan was a great host! He let me come see the space before I booked and was very quick with responses. The space was a perfect place to have a party. I had about 25 people and this was more than enough space for people to hang out. On the day of, Helan made sure I had everything I needed and would respond immediately if I had any questions. Great place! Would definitely book again

I booked this house to host my 30th birthday party which I wanted to be more college-style house party. And this house was absolutely perfect for it. First off, Helan and the rest of the tenants were all super chill and easy to communicate with. Plus they didn't mind that we were going to have a live band indoors at all. They were also very helpful during the party if we needed help with anything/had any questions. The house feels bigger than the pictures let on. The main space is about what you'd expect from the pictures, but the kitchen is much larger, as is the backyard. I had 45ish people at my party at its peak and it didn't feel like we were packed like sardines at all. Only when the band was playing and we had to scrunch a little. If you'd booking on the weekend, the cross streets have free parking (the street directly in front has free on Sundays). It was pretty easy to find and I like that it was near some food options and hotels. No complaints whatsover about this house. It was clean and spacious and served our purposes (again, chill college style house party) perfectly.
