About the Space
Our attractive, fully equipped conference rooms and business meeting rooms provide an ideal working environment. They include state-of-the-art equipment and capabilities plus free WIFI and free local and long distance calls. And all our meeting facilities come with a thoroughly trained, professional support staff. LOCATION Our location offers surface parking, and covered parking in our convenient one story parking structure. If you prefer public transportation, there is an Irvine Amtrak train station 9 miles from the building, and there are bus stops located on 3 sides of the building. Looking for more long distance means of transportation? The John Wayne Airport is only a few miles away, making for a quick 6 minute drive. On the first floor of the building is a 24 Carrots Restaurant. We are also close to the Westcliff Plaza Shopping Center, which offers a Ralphs and a few dining options, while the better known Fashion Island Shopping Center is only 7 minutes away, and offers a much wider variety of retail and dining. These options include a Whole Foods Market, Macy’s, Neiman Marcus, and the Cheesecake Factory, just to name a few. PARKING $5.00/Hour $20.00/Day

The room was beautiful and the tv was big, coffee etc right outside. It would be good if your meeting was not a serious one, it’s a pretty noisy meeting room, there are young children right outside the meeting room and it’s loud if people walk by in heels. The windows rattle when wind blows, so it’s quite distracting.
