About the Space
iQ Smart Center is a state-of-the-art conference center located within the 655 West Broadway office building in Downtown San Diego. The Tesla Boardroom is a spacious 1,600 square feet that can be set to your needs. The hourly rate includes (2) 65" monitors, (2) whiteboards, tables, chairs and customized directional signage. ||Technology|| The Tesla Room has 2 monitors on mobile carts at the front of the room for presenting, in addition to a modern whiteboard and videoconferencing capabilities. Easily screencast your content from your device to the monitors over Wi-Fi or via HDMI. Connect to audio and the videoconferencing sound bar with a USB cable (provided). || Room Arrangement Options || You choose what works best for your group Room Capacity Theater - 48 (chairs only) Classroom - 22 (tables and chairs) *Note: Built-in bench seating for 8 in back of room || Catering || You are welcome to have food delivered or bring in food. For your reference Bruegger’s Bagels, and Coffee N Talk are onsite for quick and easy breakfast and lunch options. You can of course use any restaurant or caterer that you prefer. || Parking || We do offer on-site paid parking. - Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

We attended a conference held at the San Diego Convention Center and wanted to hold a workshop outside of the event for an exclusive group of clients. This space was great and exactly what we were looking for, it was unfortunately to far of a walk from the convention center. However, this space was very professional and a great place to have our workshop. The on-site concierge of the building was very welcoming and helpful. Would book again as long as we made arrangements for attendees to travel to the site. Interactions with the host were great and very responsive. Overall, a great experience.
