This state-of-the-art conference room utilizes Oblong’s Mezzanine technology (the inspiration for the computers depicted in the films Minority Report and Jarvis from Iron Man), which gives users the capability to create a fully shared and unified experience among multiple users (on and off-site). For a quick demo, please visit: https://vimeo.com/226383513. || Technology || The space has 3 monitors at the front of the room for presenting, in addition to a whiteboard, Polycom, and videoconferencing. You can connect your device via HDMI (cable provided) or a quick download of the app at Oblong.com/mezzanine. If you convert your presentation to a PDF, you can have a different slide on each of the three main screens, and can quickly move slides, take snippets, and rearrange as needed. With this collaborative software, participants can follow along by logging in and can contribute to the presentation virtually, as well. || Room Arrangement Options || Room Occupancy - 51 (per fire code) Theater Style - 40 (chairs only) Classroom Style - 18 (tables and chairs) Classroom Style - 24 (tables and chairs, tighter fit) Boardroom Style - 20 (tables and chairs in square shape) U-Shape - 15 (tables and chairs in U-shape) *Note: Built-in bench seating for 8 in back of room || Catering || You are welcome to use any caterer you like as long as they provide a compliant Certificate of Insurance. If your order is delivery only, insurance is not required. For your reference, we have Copa Vida coffee shop and Bruegger’s Bagels onsite for quick and easy breakfast and lunch options. For onsite alcohol consumption, you will need to purchase liquor liability insurance (we have a vendor we can refer you to). || Break Areas || You and your guests are welcome to use Deck655, our 6th floor gaming lounge and deck area that is also utilized by tenants of the building. You may use this space for breaks and phone calls during your reservation, provided the space is not reserved for a private event. Please note that we do not allow groups over 30, and catering setups are not allowed outside of the conference room.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Very nice meeting area. The patterned glass walls don't allow for complete privacy but unless your meeting involves quite sensitive information it's not a problem. Excellent technology that worked well. Host Rachel was helpful and very easy to work with. The nice location in downtown San Diego is also its only downside as you and your attendees must deal with the typical downtown parking issues -- limited and expensive parking. Will definitely be back if the need arises again.

I was really excited to hold my event in this space...its has a beautiful layout and technology. But it was very stressful when half the screens and the sound didn't work the day of the event and was forced to move all the desks to one side of the room last minute. Communication with the staff was good, but there was no resolution for the tech issues for the event.

Thank you peerspace. This event and venue was flawless. The Tesla room was perfect for our team event of 14 people. From the super friendly security host to the AV system which was perfect for team presentations, to the location of the coffee shop right outside the room, everything worked out. Another plus is that the meeting location is walking distance to great restaurants and close vicinity to the hotels.

A beautiful venue. I had a number of difficulties with the venue's monitor. The wireless connection to my laptop kept disconnecting and I had to restart the connection which involved several steps which included having to manually re-enter the IP address each time. This happened 4 or 5 times over the course of an hour. Other than that, it was perfect.
