The Tesla Boardroom is a spacious 900 square feet that can be set to your needs. The hourly rate includes (2) 85" monitors, (1) BTZ Camera, wireless microphones, speakers, rolling whiteboard, tables, chairs customized directional signage, and more! ||Technology|| The Tesla Room has 2 dual mounted 85" flat panel displays at the front of the room for displaying content. The room comes with a control panel and easily screencast your content from your device to the monitors over Wi-Fi or via HDMI/USB. Connect to audio and the videoconferencing simultaneously. || Room Arrangement Options || Room Capacity - 46 people per fire code Theater - 40 people (chairs only) Classroom - 18 people (chairs + table) Boardroom - 20 people (chairs + table) U-Shape - 15 people (chairs + table) * Can opt for chairs inside U-Shape. *Note: Built-in bench seating for 8 in back of room || Catering || You are welcome to have food delivered or bring in food. For your reference Bruegger’s Bagels, and Coffee N Talk are onsite for quick and easy breakfast and lunch options. You can of course use any restaurant or caterer that you prefer. || Parking || We do offer on-site paid parking. You may pre-purchase parking validations for $15 before your event. iQ Smart Center has been treated with MicroShield 360, an anti-microbial coating which kills and prevents pathogens from living on surfaces. All elevator, restroom, and common area surfaces have also been treated. Hand sanitizer is available in the room, and all seating arrangements allow for 6' physical distancing between attendees.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
